Below you’ll find an outline of the most frequently asked questions. If you don’t find an answer to your question, do not hesitate to contact our booking department or hotel reception.

What are the parking arrangements?
You can park in our underground car park or use the outdoor car park opposite the hotel. More info here

What are check-in/check-out times?
You can check in from 2 pm. You must leave your room by 11 am (large groups and Private suite by 10 am). Entry to our centres remains valid the whole day of your departure until their respective closing times. Earlier arrival or later departure may be ordered for a price amounting to 25 % of the accommodation price.

When is breakfast / lunch / dinner served?
Breakfast is served from 7 am to 10 am, lunch between 12.30 pm and 2.30 pm and dinner from 5.30 pm to 8.30 pm.

Is it possible to order dinner separately?
Dinner must be booked and paid for by 4 pm at the latest at the hotel’s reception desk.

Is it possible to order lunch separately?
Lunch can be booked during the reservation process or at the hotel’s reception desk at least on the current day at 10:00 a.m.

Are there bathroom gowns in the rooms?
Bathroom gowns can be rented against a 500 CZK / 20 € deposit at the hotel’s reception desk.

Are towels available in rooms?
Yes, rooms have a towel and a bath towel for each guest. We replace them with fresh ones as necessary, of course.  

Can the key fobs be worn in water?
The key fobs are waterproof and as such can be worn in water.

Can bills be charged to my room?
Bills can be charged to your room. However, a pre-authorisation on your credit card must be provided on arrival. When you have paid your bill on the day of departure, this pre-authorisation will be cancelled.

Can we go to Aquapark wearing bathroom gowns?
Yes, you can. Alternatively, you can use Aquapark’s own changing rooms and lockers. Lockers are opened with your key fob.

How do I prove that my package includes entry to your entertainment centres?
When checking in, the receptionist will prepare a key fob for you (a yellow bracelet with our logo on) to use as a key to your room which also has unlimited entries uploaded on it (according to the type of stay).

Is there somewhere to leave our luggage?
You can leave your luggage in our luggage room behind the reception desk.

Is there somewhere to leave our skis / bicycles?
There is a ski / bicycle room where you can leave your bicycles and skis. It can only be accessed by receptionists and the hotel security staff.

Can we take our dog with us?
Your four-legged friends are welcome here. See the price list for charges.

I am a vegetarian / vegan. Does your menu include vegetarian / vegan options?
We strive to cater for our guests’ needs as much as possible. If you let us know in advance (at least 3 days before arrival), we will simply make arrangements for your menu to include vegetarian / vegan options.

Is gluten-free food available?
Gluten-free food is a standard option of our buffet menu (breakfast, dinner). However, we recommend that you should make a specific request for gluten-free food at the hotel’s reception desk upon arrival.
